Fat Quarters

What is a "FAT QUARTER?" If you're new to the quilting, sewing, or crafting world, a fat quarter is a half yard of fabric (18" by the width of fabric) cut in half. Fat Quarters are approximately 18" x 22" and are a great way to increase the variety in your fabric collection. Fat quarters are available for most cotton and flannel prints unless there is a repeat which does not allow for an 18" cut.

TRICKS OF THE TRADE: Because we only offer full yard cuts, a fat quarter is a great way in which you can order 1/4 yard of a particular print. If you would like 1/2 yard, order 2 fat quarters of the same print and we will ship it in one contiguous piece.

100% Cotton Flannel Fat Quarters
Flannel is usually 42-45" wide & 100% cotton.  The flannel is not preshrunk.  Flannel does not meet the standard for the flammability of children's sleepwear.  Colors and size of print are shown as accurately as Internet methods allow.

Fat Quarter Bundle
What is a fat quarter bundle?  On this website a fat quarter bundle will be a group of fat quarters from one collection tied together in a nice little "bundle!"   Many times a manufacturer will make a great collection and you just have to have a little of every pattern.  Fat Quarter Bundles allow you to enjoy the whole collection one fat quarter at a time.  Each bundle available will have a description that will indicate how many fat quarters are in that particular bundle so be sure to read the descriptions.
